Nasrin Qaderi, a PhD philosophy student at Allameh Tabataba'i University in Tehran, was originally from Mariwan. She tragically died on November 4, 2022, amidst the nationwide protests in Iran. نسرین قادری، دانشجوی دکتری فلسفه در دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی تهران و اهل مریوان بود. او در تاریخ ۱۳ آبان ۱۴۰۱، در جریان اعتراضات سراسری ایران جان خود را از دست داد. در حین این اعتراضات، نسرین قادری بر اثر ضربات متعدد باتوم نیروهای حکومتی بر سرش به شدت مورد ضرب و شتم قرار گرفت. این حمله بیرحمانه باعث شد که او به دلیل جراحات وارده به کما برود. وی در نهایت در یکی از بیمارستانهای تهران به علت شدت جراحات وارده درگذشت.
